economics,UNN,popularly known as SLY,a 3rd year student of the department,UNNZUO gathered some information about events that are going to unfold very soon from the department.
First of all,they are opening their entertaiment calender on the 4th of may with a cultural fiesta tagged "NESA food and cultural
fiesta". The event will be taking place at the freedom square by 1pm.
The entire school is invited to the celebration as SLY promised a mind
blowing experience,he also urged students to on their traditional
attire as teams like team igbo,team hausa,team yoruba and team
south-south will be recorgnized.
After much discussion,hour disclosed information about an ECONIGHT
party coming up on 10th of may. Unlike other econights held he
promised to set a new standard for the great institution as there will
be lots of surprises**choi,I can't wait** **winks**
As for entertainment,he said there will be a presentation by eco-all
stars unveiling artists like Lil Dozy,Killy Izzy,Cool jay and many
others.
Mr and Mrs economics contest will not pass by,a raffle draw where
students will win a Fridge and 10000 as first price....2nd price will
be a phone and 5000(## E fit be bb Z10 ooohhh##) and the 3rd price
will be a standing fan plus 3000. The raffle draw ticket is sold for
#200 at the department. There will also be awards like (most
political,most handsome,sports man of the year,Eco jacko,most
enterprising,Ebony and proper,most transformed and lots of awards to
the finalists.
Again the date is on the 10th of may at PAA and the gate fee is
just #500 (that's 2 plates of fried rice and fish at Frenzy),the dress
code is formal and a touch of pink or purple.
